Utah soccer rises to No. 17, Oregon as much as No. 10
The Utes and Geese will meet Friday within the Pac-12 championship recreation in Las Vegas

The College of Utah, outright winner of the Pac-12 South for the 3rd immediately non-COVID season, moved as much as two spots to No. 17 when the Faculty Soccer Playoff scores have been launched on Tuesday night time.
The Utes registered a 28-13 win over Colorado closing week at Rice-Eccles Stadium to complete the common season 9-3 total and 8-1 vs. the Pac-12.
Utah’s opponent in Friday night time’s Pac-12 championship recreation at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (6 p.m., ABC), Oregon, moved up one spots to No. 10. The Geese are coming off a 38-29 win over Oregon State in Eugene, which clinched the Pac-12 North and a place in Las Vegas.
For all intents and functions as they pertain to Utah and Oregon, this week’s CFP scores are simply window dressing.
The Utes knocked the Geese out of CFP competition on Nov. 20 because of a 38-7 win at Rice-Eccles Stadium when the latter used to be ranked No. 3. The winner goes to the Rose Bowl, the loser is sort of for sure going to finally end up within the Alamo Bowl.
The Pac-12 can be overlooked of the Faculty Soccer Playoff for the 5th immediately season, and the one New 12 months’s Six recreation the convention will take part in is the Rose Bowl.
