ACLU sues Mo. faculty district over library books

The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri filed a lawsuit towards the Wentzville Faculty District on behalf of 2 scholars over a call to take away 8 books from faculty libraries. Anthony Rothert, director of built-in advocacy of ACLU of Missouri, says the college board "can not ban books for the reason that books and their characters illustrate viewpoints other of the ones of college board."
